Shipping policy

 

ugee uses several methods for shipping products. We recommend certain delivery methods for different products, based on weight or size, to give our customers the most dependable and competitive pricing available. 

 

 All orders are subject to a 2-3 working days processing period before shipping and few days updating shipping status. Once the shipping status updates, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address with the tracking number. Please keep the email to track the status of your order. ugee uses the best carriers in the business, but we are unable to offer same-day shipping service or guarantee overnight or 2nd-day delivery.

 

Currently, we are only able to accept orders and shipments within the regions list on the Order page.

 

UPS&DHL&Fedex: This method is generally with flexible delivery periods (typically allow between 3–15 working days from shipment for delivery). Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door. We always ship to the USA and Canada via this method.

 

Canada Post: This method is generally with flexible delivery periods (typically allow between 5–30 working days from shipment for delivery). Orders can be tracked from our warehouse to your front door. We sometimes ship to Canada Region via this method.

 

Please note that delivery may be delayed on weekends and holidays.

 

How to Expedite Shipping Your Order

 

Avoid delivery delays by including your full address, including company name if applicable, suite number, apartment number, floor number, building number, etc., and a valid phone number.

 

We use a third-party address verification system, so please enter your address information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing or a loss in the shipment of your order. Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and by double-checking for typos and other errors.

 

If your order is returned to ugee as undeliverable from our shipping partners, please contact us at customer@ugee.com with your order number for refund or resend within 30 days. 

 

If you have any payment issue, please contact shopify (shop pay)or your payment bank (PayPal or credit card).

 

Order Processing by ugee

Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Tax

You are responsible for any sales, use, duty, or other governmental taxes or fees due with respect to your purchase and use of the merchandise. 

 

If you need to pay customs duties or other fees due to your shipping address, our sales staff will contact you to confirm the information when processing the order. Please add our ugee email to your whitelist to prevent missing the confirmation email.

 

VAT (not including customs duty or other governmental tax) for most European countries is required to collect at checkout, but note that actual taxes charged may be adjusted from your shipping address.
