30-Day Return & Refund

We have a 30-day return & refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund. Please note that the return and refund policy apply only to the ugee official store.

To be eligible for a return & refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

How to request a return&refund?

To start a return & refund, you can contact customer@ugee.com with your order number. If your return & refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items purchased between November 1 and December 31, have an extended return period until January 31, excluding accessories or gift cards. Although the returns period for orders will be extended, returns eligibility for all orders remain the same.

 

Exchange Process

Initiate a return for your current item. For your convenience, we will ship your replacement as soon as the return is accepted (usually within 1-2 business days of it being shipped back). This ensures a smooth transition and gets your new product to you quickly.

 

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Return shipping costs:

1. Within 30 days of delivery, if your product arrives defective, contact our technical support at service@ugee.com first. We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Once we receive the defective unit, we will ship out your replacement at no cost to you.

2. After 30 days,  to initiate a warranty claim for a non-working device, please contact support. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturer defect under warranty, the repair will be performed at no charge. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our service center, and ugee will cover the cost of return shipping back to you after the repair is complete.

3. We accept returns for any reason within 30 days. Because this is a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us directly at customer@ugee.com and include photos or a video of the issue. We will quickly evaluate the situation and arrange for a free replacement or refund, including a pre-paid return label if needed.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items that are damaged or not working properly for personal reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Except that, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
